It’s been a while since we’ve posted a new cocktail recipe – we’ve been focusing on whiskies recently – but digging through the archives, I remembered three drinks that are perfect for those hot summer days we’re right in the middle of.
Dark and Stormy
Rum, ginger beer, and lime juice. The Dark and Stormy is smooth with a little bit of a bite.
Daiquiri
The best mixed drinks are often the simplest. It’s also what makes them so classic. Perfect proportions are the hallmark of the venerable Daiquiri.
Aperol Spritz
Maybe it’s that I just got back from Florence or that I’m an Italian style fanboy, but I can never get enough of the Aperol Spritz in the summertime.
